The Quickslide Story

Quickslide are the UK’s leading manufacturers of sliding sash windows, casement windows, bi-fold doors and casement doors in PVCu. The organisation is firmly committed to continuously evolving its acclaimed window and door range, improving production efficiency and investing in staff development so as to remain at the forefront of the window and door industry.

Quickslide’s continued training investments led to them being awarded the title of Winners of the G16 Training Award.
Whilst Quickslide picked up the prestigious award, results have also been significantly marked across key business metrics as profits have risen to record levels, significantly improved cash flow and accident and insurance premiums dropping since the partnership with Dale Carnegie Training was put in place.

The Challenge

Quickslide set out to create ‘100 problems-solvers’ in its workforce with a series of courses up to a year in length, aimed at quality, efficiency and continuous improvement. In the bid to deliver this objective, Quickslide partnered with Dale Carnegie Training.

How we did it

Upwards of 40 of Quickslide’s staff have now undergone training with Dale Carnegie in their committed employee training programme. Some of the courses provided by Dale Carnegie including:
