Dale Carnegie’s Insights Tool generates a report that enables you to confidently understand current behavioural impact from every perspective, and set and prioritise goals to effect necessary changes. Prior to and upon completion of your specific analysis, your Dale Carnegie specialist will assist  by helping set expectations for the report and its use, as well as reviewing the report in depth, and finally providing a debrief coaching session to help you understand what the report tells you and how to best utilise the information to improve performance.

360◦ and 180◦ Surveys

360◦ assessments are a mechanism for individuals to assess themselves, whilst also inviting input from their manager and their colleagues as well.

180◦ assessments do not include colleagues feedback.

This assessment measures people skills in different situations, as well as providing insights into areas of strength and growth. It measures leadership and impact of working under pressure, as well as the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with clients and colleagues.

This assessment evaluates leadership competencies, including human relations skills, as well as styles of communication. It measures an individual’s ability to follow processes and take responsibility for projects and their own decision making.

This assessment focuses on the ability to follow a sales process that enables individuals to build, develop and maintain relationships with others. It also considers qualities such as agility and perseverance in challenging situations.

Organisational & Team Assessments

This survey measures areas of success and barriers to organisational effectiveness.

Measures the level of engagement and identifies key factors that are driving or inhibiting engagement in organisations.

Measures leaders ‘key drivers’ to success. Employees rate their leaders and organisation to determine key development needs.

Measures strengths & barriers to sales success when selling. Looks at two major areas of
success, People & Process.
