Simon joined the team in 1993 initially as a Team Leader, supporting the 12 week Dale Carnegie Course. In 2002 he was qualified as a Vocational Trainer in 2002 whilst still working in the manufacturing industry. In 2014  Simon became a full time trainer after leaving his previous career.
