Jayne joined Dale Carnegie in 2011, where she has been instrumental in designing and facilitating development programmes for clients and the Global Trainer Network. In 2025, she was appointed President of Dale Carnegie’s International Trainer Quality Board, overseeing the maintenance of our rigorous global standards.
