A warm welcome to the first edition of Dale in Digital.
By Juliette Dennett, Managing Director, Dale Carnegie Northern England.
Dale in Digital lands with you today because you are either a client or contact of the Dale Carnegie Northern England team. We appreciate your engagement and our relationship.
Dale in Digital is our new monthly newsletter, created in recognition of the magnitude of COVID-19. We are each us living through a remarkable time, one that will influence our personal and professional lives for many years to come.
As well as a source of ideas and inspiration, I would encourage you to think of this bulletin as a thought leadership hub, designed to explore contemporary challenges faced by organisations and their people. In July, I had the privilege of chairing a Live Online Dale Carnegie Executive Round Table with some of the region’s leading people professionals.
We shared current research into the ideas that are working right now and some of the challenges faced by business during this COVID-19 epoch. Our respected guests discussed a diverse range of workplace challenges, with many of these issues and, indeed their solutions, creating unique conundrums for people, performance, and culture.
One of my take-homes from this hugely talented group of people leaders was their ability to be agile, resilient, and innovative. It is in this spirit we launch Dale in Digital.
Inspiration is a two-way street, and you can also count on our requests for your stories, ideas, and insights as we journey together through this ground-breaking moment in history.
In the meantime, please get in touch with your feedback and. We would love to hear from you.
A pivot to digital
Clients tell us how important we are in helping them to strengthen their culture and develop skills, talent, and enhanced mindsets in their people.
In recent months, I have considered us hugely fortunate in that we have been able to continue to support our customer network through our Live Online training facilities, which have come to be the venue of choice for our scheduled and in-company programmes now and for the foreseeable future.
Here are just a few startling facts about Dale Carnegie Live Online.
- We have already delivered trainer-led, interactive Live Online learning and coaching for 10 years.
- All our core programme offerings are available in a digital format.
- Our Online sessions are delivered by the same trainers your people know and respect.
- All the Dale Carnegie Northern England Training team are Live Online certified.
- Worldwide, we have 1000 online trainers, all certified to ISO 9001 standards, delivering to up to 4000 participants per month.
- From clients who have transitioned to Live Online, feedback scores have been higher than our hugely popular in-person programmes.

Selling Online in the Digital era
This month, our theme is around building, sustaining, and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects in the digital era, a topic of great importance in the present operating environment.
You will find video hints from the Dale Carnegie North team, a blog from Graham Perkins, our Director for the North West, and other resources to support your people in this fascinating topic.
Enjoy.
